my story
Somewhere in caring for my son, I lost track of me
When my adult son was going through the hardest time of his life, I went through it with him. I stopped sleeping. I stopped eating real meals. Anxious and burned out, I kept going because that's what mamas do, until there was nothing left to give.
I've come to believe our bodies hold what we've been through. The hard seasons don't just pass. They stay with us, sometimes for years.
Coming back to myself started with something small: a gentle morning, one glass, a few quiet minutes before anyone needed me. This product line was born out of a lot of pain, and that pain turned into compassion. That's why I'm sharing it with you.
